We follow a strict NO RETURN and NO REFUND policy.
Once a garment is sold, it cannot be returned, and payments once made are non-refundable under any circumstances, except as expressly provided under the “Damaged or Incorrect Product” section below.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive an item that is:

  • Defective
  • Damaged during transit
  • Incorrect (wrong size, colour, or product)

You must:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos and/or an unedited opening video of the package

Once verified, we will arrange to send a replacement of the same product after the defective or incorrect item is received back by us.

⚠️ Claims raised after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

Exchange Policy

  1. Exchange Window

Exchanges are allowed within 3 days from the date of delivery.

  1. No Refunds on Exchanges

We do not provide refunds.
If the exchanged item is of lower value, the excess amount will be issued as a credit note.

  1. Credit Notes
  • Credit notes are non-transferable
  • Valid for 30 days from the date of issue
  • Can be used only on our website/store
  • Cannot be redeemed for cash
  1. Condition of Garments

Items sent for exchange must:

  • Be unused, unwashed, and unworn
  • Have all original tags intact
  • Be returned in original packaging
  • Show no stains, odour, alterations, or damage

Any item failing quality checks will be sent back without exchange.

  1. Exchange Process

To initiate an exchange:

  1. Contact our customer support within 3 days of delivery
  2. Share order details and reason for exchange
  3. Ship the product back to us in original condition
  4. Upon inspection and approval, the exchanged item will be dispatched

Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer, unless the exchange is due to our error.

  1. Exchange Value

The exchange value will be calculated based on the original purchase price, not on any discounted or current selling price.

  1. Product Availability

All exchanges are subject to stock availability.
If the requested item is unavailable:

  • You may choose an alternative product of the same category, or
  • Receive a credit note for future use
  1. Same Category Exchange Only

Exchanges are permitted only within the same product category.

  • Example: A blazer can only be exchanged for another blazer
  • Cross-category exchanges (e.g., blazer for trousers) are not allowed

Additional Important Terms

  • Customized / Altered garments are not eligible for exchange
  • Sale or discounted items are not eligible for exchange
  • Minor colour variations due to lighting or screen resolution are not considered defects
  • We reserve the right to reject any exchange request if the policy terms are not met

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

All disputes are subject to the laws of India, and courts having jurisdiction at Pune only.
