Q. What are the delivery charges for online orders?
A. Delivery charges are Rs. 150 as a standard fee for orders delivered within the city. For deliveries outside the city but within India, shipping charges are calculated at actuals based on the courier partner. International delivery charges are also calculated at actuals.
Q. How long will delivery take?
A. For deliveries within the city, orders are delivered within 1–2 working days. For deliveries outside the city but within India, delivery typically takes 3–5 working days. International deliveries usually take 10 days or more, depending on the destination and customs clearance.
Q. What happens after I place an order?
A. Once your order is placed, we process it for fulfillment. If you have selected store pickup, you will be contacted to schedule a pickup time and can collect your order from the store. If you have selected shipping, your order will be packed and dispatched, and tracking details will be shared once shipped.
Q. Will I receive an invoice for my order?
A. Yes, an invoice is generated for every order. You will receive a copy of the invoice along with your order, and an order confirmation email will also be sent to your registered email address.
Q. Can I choose store pickup instead of delivery?
A. Yes, you can opt for store pickup while placing your order. Once the order is ready, we will inform you so that you can visit the store and collect it at a convenient time.

Q. How is my payment processed and is it secure?
A. All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Your bank and card details are not stored by us. Razorpay uses industry-standard security protocols to ensure safe and encrypted transactions.
Q. What is a wishlist?
A. The wishlist allows you to save products you like for future reference. Once you create an account and log in, you can add products to your wishlist and easily access them whenever you return to the website.
Q. What should I do if I receive a damaged product?
A. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a free replacement for the damaged item at no additional cost.
Q. Can I change my order?
A. Yes, you can request a change to your order, provided it has not been dispatched. To make a change, please call us and inform us of the product you would like to replace it with.
Q. What is package tracking in my orders?
A. Package tracking is available for orders shipped outside the city and for international deliveries. Once your order is dispatched, we will provide a tracking link that allows you to monitor the shipment status in real time.
