  • Actual product appearance may vary due to lighting, screen resolution, fabric batches, tailoring tolerances and manufacturing processes
  • Such variations shall not be considered defects

Neev1 Corp does not guarantee exact visual or dimensional replication unless expressly agreed in writing (e.g., bulk or custom uniform orders).

  1. CUSTOM, BULK AND INSTITUTIONAL ORDERS

For bulk or customised orders:

  • Specifications approved by the customer shall be final
  • Minor industry-standard variations shall not constitute non-compliance
  • Production timelines are indicative and may vary due to operational factors

Once production begins, cancellation or modification is not permitted.

  1. PRICING, TAXES AND PAYMENTS
  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR)
  • Prices are exclusive of GST, shipping and other statutory levies unless stated otherwise
  • Neev1 Corp reserves the right to revise prices at any time before order confirmation

In case of a pricing or typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid, without further liability.

  1. ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, which shall be deemed accepted only after confirmation by Neev1 Corp.

We reserve the right to:

  • Reject or cancel any order
  • Limit quantities
  • Refuse suspected resale, fraudulent or abusive transactions

Once accepted, orders cannot be cancelled, except as required under applicable law.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates only
  • Delays caused by logistics partners, force majeure events, strikes, governmental restrictions or unforeseen circumstances shall not give rise to liability
  • Risk and title pass to the customer upon dispatch

  • Violation of any law or third-party rights
