  • We strive to maintain accurate stock information; however, in rare cases of stock discrepancy, we may be unable to fulfil certain items.
  • In such cases, we will:
    • Fulfil and dispatch the available items, and
    • Contact you to either:
      • Await restocking of the unavailable item, or
      • Receive a refund for the unavailable item only

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

    • Dimensions
    • Delivery location
  • Shipping charges must be paid at the time of placing the order.
  • The amount displayed at checkout is the final shipping cost and is non-refundable.

  • Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday, excluding public and national holidays.
  • Delays may occur during sales, peak seasons, or unforeseen circumstances.

4.2 Estimated Transit Time (Domestic – India)

  • Standard Domestic Shipping: 5–7 business days
  • Local Deliveries (Within City Limits): 1–2 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier partner, location, weather conditions, or operational delays.

4.3 International Shipping

  • International delivery timelines vary based on destination country and courier service.
  • Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import charges are solely the responsibility of the customer.
  • Neev1 Corp is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

4.4 Change of Delivery Address

  • Delivery address changes can be requested only before dispatch.
  • Once the order is dispatched, address changes will not be possible.
  • We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

4.5 Items Out of Stock After Order Placement

  • If an item becomes unavailable after order placement:
    • The unavailable item will be cancelled and refunded
    • Remaining items will be dispatched as scheduled

4.6 Delivery Time Exceeded

  • If your order has not been delivered within the estimated timeframe, please contact us.
  • We will raise an investigation with the courier partner.
  • Neev1 Corp is not liable for delays once the shipment has been handed over to the courier, but we will assist in resolution.

4.7 Failed Delivery / Re-attempts

  • If delivery fails due to:
    • Customer unavailability
    • Incorrect address
    • Refusal to accept delivery

Any additional re-shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

  1. Tracking Notifications
  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.
  • Tracking updates are provided by the courier partner and may take up to 24 hours to reflect.
  1. Lost or Damaged Shipments
  • In case of lost or damaged shipments, customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery or expected delivery date.
  • Claims raised beyond this period may not be accepted.
